Cabins

Mini-Cabins (A Step above a tent)
We refer to the mini cabins as a 'Step-above-a-tent'. They are nothing super fancy, but have 4 walls, laminate flooring, they both come with queen sized beds, a small refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and a small heater.  The mini cabins do not have running water, sinks, showers, or bathrooms inside of them. We do have bathroom and shower houses located at a convenient short walking distance from them.The mini cabins are a seasonal amenity, please ask about availability. The mini cabins are only available for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights on the weekends at $35 a night ($70.00 for the weekend). If you are planning a biking trip you are welcome to stay longer, but these cabins are not for rent on a long term/monthly basis. Pets are not allowed in the cabins under any circumstance. We try to accommodate everyone especially those with pet allergies. Unfortunately, that means pets can not be brought into the cabins.
Overlook Cabins
The Overlook Cabins are our newest addition to The Rock Campground. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The cabins overlook section C of the campground and face the beautiful North Georgia foothills (a beautiful site especially in spring when trees blooms or in the fall when the leaves change). We have 2 cabins to choose from that are just slightly different. The cabins have a kitchenette, full bathrooms, a living area with television and cable, a private bedroom with a full size bed, bunk beds for children, central heat and air, and a nice covered porch with seating. Our cabins are SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. We cannot allow smoking or animals inside the cabins. Please call us for pricing (seasonal) and availability. If you're interested in the overlook cabins, please bring your own cooking utensils. We do not provide pots, pans, or cooking spatulas or other cookware. They come with a coffee maker, filters, and some mugs (So don't forget your creamer and sugar!). We do have spoons, knives, forks, but everything else is up to you to bring. 

Rules and Regulations for the cabins:

21 YEARS or OLDER: You must be 21 years or older to rent any of our cabins or lodges. Persons of the rental age or older are not permitted to make reservations on behalf of younger guests in order to reserve the cabins or lodges (including but not limited to parents booking for under aged children, acquaintances 21 years or older booking for other under aged guests.) Renter must be present at the lodge for the reserved dates. 
CHECK-IN: You must check-in during business hours of the day that your reservation is made 9AM-5PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 1:00PM. On the day of your check out we ask that you return the key to the agreed upon location when you check in to the office.
OCCUPANCY: All of our rates are based on two-person occupancy. In those cabins that allow for more guests, additional adults are $25 per night and children (under age 5) are free. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the cabin and to the number of paid guests included in your reservation. All persons, including children, are counted toward the maximum occupancy of a cabin. If extra guests are found, you will be charged for any additional guests not registered and you may be asked to leave without refund should you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin. If more beds are slept in then paid guests you will be charged for additional guests. 
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: All kitchen utensils, coffee cups, coffee maker must be washed, dried, and put away. Please throw away the coffee grinds and filter as well. The stove/oven should be left in clean condition, and the refrigerator should be left clean and free of food. All trash needs to be placed in the dumpsters located by the office, and the cabin property should be left neat and in order. Please put all bed sheets on the floor by the front door, and towels on the bathroom floor. All trash must be picked up around the property. Please respect the environment and do not leave you cans or bottles on the ground.
PETS: We are sorry, but we cannot allow pets in the cabins under any circumstances.  
DAMAGES:  If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. If you smoke you must bring your own ashtrays. Please do not throw or put cigarettes on the ground. No exceptions 
KEYS:  When you check-in you will be told where to leave the keys. Be sure to place them in the designated area once you check out.
FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES: Please DO NOT move our furniture or appliances. If you move furniture or appliances you be charged additional fees, you are responsible for all damages to that result from moving furniture. Please make us aware of anything not working in the cabins upon your arrival.
AMENITIES: Appliances, electric fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. 1st Choice Cabin Rentals cannot refund any monies for inconveniences encountered due to malfunctions of amenities where restoration was beyond our control during your stay and reserves the right to sub-contract work to be performed at the earliest date possible. We will react as quickly as possible to restore any amenity, but do not guarantee complete restoration during your stay and will not result in any refund. Loss of electricity, water or any "Act of God" is outside our control and will not result in any refund. 
BUGS: Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay. 
NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES INSIDE CABINS.
WEATHER/POWER OUTAGES: Bad weather conditions may make travel to the Cabins/Lodges difficult. In addition, occasional power outages may arise. Owner and its agent will do its best to provide alternate directions, but no refunds will be given for bad weather or power outages. 
LIABILITIES: Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any accidents, injury or damage that may result in or about the premises, to persons or property (including those of Renter's guests), and that the Owner and its agents shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. The Owner or agent shall not be responsible for injury or accident occurring on the property and renter agrees to hold the Owner/agent harmless from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of these facilities. Renter assumes the risk involved with the use of any and all other rental facilities and agrees to save harmless and indemnify The Beautiful Rock Campground, RV, and Music Park, and its agents from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using the same during renters occupancy. Renter assumes responsibility of all guest during the reservation time. Renter shall be held liable for repair of all damages/misuse of the facilities. Owners will assume no responsibility for loss or damage to guest personal effects, or injury during the rental period. Upon request, guests personal items left at property will be mailed to guest at a charge of $10.00 plus shipping. Items left longer than 30 days will be discarded by owners. Upon check-out, any vehicles left on property will be towed off property and charged to credit card on file.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RULES AND POLICIES AS NEEDED. THE RULES AND POLICIES IN OUR CABINS/LODGES ARE NOT AS DETAILED AS THE RULES AND POLICIES SHOWN IN THIS DOCUMENT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT, READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES AND POLICIES ON THIS PAGE BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION. 
Your verbal authorization at time of reservation, making an online reservation, payment of money and/or taking possession of the property is evidence of your acceptance of our policies and your intent to use the property as a rental.​
​***You must be here and be set up during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9 AM- 5 PM. Absolutely no set up after sundown. Although we understand that something may happen such as accidents, or traffic, we are a small family business and have families/children to go home to. We like enjoying our weekends as much as you do. Please be considerate when planning your stay with us in regards to your arrival time. If you know you will show up later than our posted office hours-we ask that you stay at the Walmart parking lot overnight and check in the following morning at 9 am (not on Saturday or Sunday).***
***Also note, that it is your responsibility to check in and around your site before hooking up and make sure that you are not too close to any tree, object, other vehicle that might cause damage to your camper. We are not responsible for any damage that may happen to your camper while you are visiting with us.***​​
